The worst customer service possible. Try to scam you at the end of your plan by billing you for an additional 2 months even though you already sent back the routers and canceled service. The excuse I got from support was that the auto pay was still on - Auto pay for what? I canceled service. Clearly just trying to scam.
Called to disconnect service and was given a complete run around. They also charge a disconnect fee and still try to upsell you at the same time. To top things off, you are asked several times to refer friends and family. Why? So they can be harassed as well?
I'm trying to be a new customer and I can't speak to a person? The computerized person keeps hanging up on me. I guess they don't want new customers
Their cable has been laying over my neighbors and my lawn for over a month. I called them and they told me to stay home Friday February 14th and someone would be out to bury it. I stayed home all day waiting and nobody showed up. Happy Valentine's Day. I called them back and they told me I'd have to wait till March 3rd. So it's acceptable to leave cables laying around the neighborhood for 2 months. What is this India? On top of that I have to reboot the darned thing just about every day.
