If u are late on 5th of they don't like your kind meaning your ethnicity they will wait for that one late week and file evictioN even though as a yearly lease holder u shall be notified of late fees gradually going to eviction filing they don't inform u with letter they don't even ask u I am just 5 days late to pay April rent 5th being the due date they put me on eviction processing just cause they don't like my kind no negotiation no asking if I can pay by end of the month if anything cause I paid on advance so far this is ... read more

Maybe the real estate office might be good, but this Sydney that works there for an inviction and to me. Basically, the whole thing is a kaibash she's ABI Tc h and she is or should be kicked out of there, you know, she had no feelings whatsoever, and a wrongful inviction should need to happen the way she did it. If there was a zero i would give it. I used Louise Trujillo She is lazy. I got her info off the Access website i believe.. We were talking back and forth but she nevr got me the comps. She was never doing any actual work only talking to me. Two weeks later I called the office they asked me if I wanted another Realtor i said no maybe she been busy I dont want to pull someone's work if she actually was working on it wht is her phone number. I moved to Pahrump from back east last year for a new job, and upon my move I knew I had to find a rental quick, I was a bit nervous because I know these things take a bit of time, so I knew I would probably have to rent a hotel room for a week or so until I could find something.
