This is an update on 2/9/26. It has been decided that we will not be able to stay in the house that we were sold by Access Realty aka Kirk Rocky Herman. We have spent the last 5 years fixing everything that we can. Central heating and air, plumbing, electrical, roof, foundation problems. Its not enough. Black mold has developed in the house due to Access Realty's negligence, only to mention a few of the problems that I have encountered. I will never support any more black business owners. Do not rent here. When I first moved into the house that I moved into the hot water heater was bad. It was over 20 years and it took them a week to replace and install. Also they had cheap flooring the little peel and stick floor and it was coming up. But was worried about the yard and we couldn’t even mow our own grass.
This review is more so in relation with that Anna Biggers review be clear ya landlord never told me ya rent amount they told me what your ass was behind… far as me running you off if we gone be anything be fareal. I just wanted to leave my review !! Well let’s just say since I moved in September till December, me and my children couldn’t even use the bathroom because it was water clogged in the tub and toilets running water from the bottom ! They told me to don’t pay my rent until they knew something from housing ! They had a man calling my phone telling me that they are not good people to rent from and he even tried to have a relationship with me ! I still have text messa! They told me my back rent was 1300 !! Be very wary of going into any kind of arrangement with access Realty. There were many red flags going in, but the kicker was after the lease was done. My daughter rented a house from Yelena Petroukhina, which is managed by Rocky Hermann from Access Realty. She was in their office and let them know that she was not going to renew asking how to proceed, and they told her that she would not have to bother sending in written notice since she was giving them notice in person, and that she would get her deposit back as long as sh... read more
