Renting from Access Realty has been a nightmare. They told me when I signed my lease that the carpets would be cleaned and walls would be touched up before I moved in. They knew I was leaving to work out of town for two weeks so when I got the keys, I left without having time to go to the property and inspect. I get back in town and show up with movers to discover the house had not been cleaned at all. The carpets stink and are filthy.
