Unfortunately providing a 1 star rating due to highly unprofessional and hostile texts sent from one of the agents of this group, Amy. While I do believe realtors/brokers have a very difficult job negotiating/balancing two parties and client needs, there is never an excuse for intimidation, hostility, or reason to belittle another human being.
