Update, all! We had a "virtual" open owners' meeting of my condo people and board, and of course, Sandy Dickinson, the property manager from APM. I, and others, have still not been given access to the detailed finances we have been requesting for years. When I, personally, brought up the topic at the "virtual" meeting, Sandy D. threatened to mute me. That is just not done. Where are the negative stars. Access is HORRIBLE. You can call and email until you are blue. Gutters are never cleaned, rain water pools down homes and foundations. Siding is falling off everyone's homes or rotting from rain water. We only own the inside. I am disgusted with this management company. They don't care.
HORRIBLE property management company!! The property managers do not respond to emails or phone calls. The property managers change every year like the weather. The VP attends the meetings, tries to call the shots and records us without our authorization. Random charges appear on the account daily even if your account has a zero balance. You have to check your account daily and keep them in check!! AND they are quick to back bill you or slam you with a lawyer "invoice" without any details or invoice for you to confirm the amo... read more
We hired this company just over 1 year ago and can not be more pleased with their service! Great communication and very detailed financials.
