My husband brought me in because I had 2 falls since the I received my new braces. I still depend on my wheelchair for most of my mobility, while using the KAFOs for 10 to 15 minutes a day until I start rehab. The provider , nursing staff, and administrative staff got me in fast with excellent care a nd compassion. Unfortunately, due to an insurance issue I am no longer able to be seen. However, that has not prevented Dr. Doolan and his team from going above and beyond to ensure I receive care.
the BEST urgent care i have ever been to! my boyfriend was having some bad back pain while on vacation and they did everything they could to care for him! Melinda was magnificent !! so glad we stumbled across this place !
Refused care/to be seen due to my secondary insurance, even as a self pay patient. Failed to contact me prior to my appointment to let me know they could not see me, instead allowed me to miss work, and waste my time arriving to my appointment just to be denied care.
