Never had so much trouble like went thru with Acess. , Since they demand you have a primary doctor in house to see them, there's a lot of back and forth they do with the insurance. Not only did they decline vaccinations for my infant . when you actually need to see your primary, they are never available or make you schedule at least a month after. They definitely lost all my family as patients.

I had an appointment today. However, I was denied because they told me I was OUT of network. I tell them my Insurance was accepted here and IT IS ! The only change needed was to change my primary physician. I tell them my insurance is PRIVATE. The secretary in front keeps telling me I am wrong and my appointment will be CANCELED.
