RecommendedI have had physical therapy at other facilities twice over the past 15 years and although I found it helpful, the exercises could be complicated and too numerous. At Access, it is nothing like that. Therapist, Andrew Overton, demonstrated each simple stretch and exercise, starting out with a small number and increasing as I became proficient with them. Olu was phenomenal with me! I was having pain in my left knee for 6 months. I had physical therapy at an unnamed therapy business and after 8 visits, nothing changed. I had been to the Doctor twice to no avail. Olu diagnosed the problem right away. After 7 visits no more pain for the 1st time in 6 months. I WILL NOT GO ANY PLACE ELSE IN THE FUTURE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY. THANK YOU OLU!
Tracy and her staff are caring and attentive. I went from not being able to stand up straight due to lower back strain to feeling better in record time. I would highly recommend Access!

absolutely would recommend Access pt! ive been going to the new paltz site for a few weeks now for lumbar issues and I can't thank Donna, Ashley and the rest of the staff enough. my pain and tightness in my lower back has decreased a lot over the last few weeks because of their knowledge, patience, encouragement, and making it a fun atmosphere. they were so accommodating and helpful after I sprained my ankle (unrelated to my back issues). thank you guys at the new paltz site again for everything!! you guys are life savers!!
