I read some of these reviews Yes you do have to wait a while but I'll tell you this doctor's been around for a long time knows what he's doing it's a great guy and he runs around like an animal so he's taking phone calls plus he's taking care of patients and he does it by himself since Bob retired who was awesome too. Janet rules that front desk ,she is awesome .
