I would give this place zero stars if I could. I came in with a broken wrist (distal radius) and received poor care from day one. When my cast was removed, I was immediately in significant pain. The cast technician was dismissive, rude, and completely unprofessional, brushing me off and insisting there was nothing to worry about despite clear pain. Worst service, not responsive, not professional. Have been called and they transferred my call to the surgeon office, no one pick up, left a messages never called back. Had been waited for over half years after my appointment, should be on a surgery wait list, but they had never gave me any updates or information. They said I should have waited for 3 months for my surgery. So now what? Super unprofessional.

The team at access orthopaedics are great, Had shoulder surgery and been doing rehab with Rachelle the physiotherapist .Rachelle knowledge,experience and patience has made the process good to help with aches ,pain and stiffness .I recommend Rachelle to anyone looking for physiotherapist

I have found emotional and professional support with my phisioherapist. He understands exactly what mental health causes in your body and how to help you to deal with both, mental health and physical issues. Dr. Jack has been an important support on my journey through mental and body pain. I highly recommend Acces Orthopaedics.
