I recently used Access One Digital to install my business alarm system. The owner, Pete is bad person to deal with, he use “Fxxxx, Sxxxxx and all other bad word and yelling to customer. I’ll search his parent company (I will let you know once I found company name and number) and file to complain also will report to BBB to how bad Pat and access one is. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SERVICE
I recently used Access One Digital to install my home alarm system. The owner, Pete, was not high-pressure at all. He came to see the house when he said he would, and he didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. He has a background as an installer/technician, and you can tell that. The installation was great too- both Pete and his installer John came to the house and went in detail over what they would do. It was a thorough installation.
