The services were excellent until their recent policy changes forcing patients to come in for office visits instead of using the telephone or video visits. The ones changing the policies obviously don't care about the patients needs at all. I have severe anxiety and absolutely HATE office visits on top of that I have no car and scheduling rides thru my insurance is such a pain I miss most of my appointments because Lyft drivers won't accept the ride. Not enough $$$ they claim even tho we're just trying to get to our Dr appt.... read more

My whole experience was awful. Walked in the building and its dirty. Had my intake appointment which i thought was great. The case manager Jen was awesome. Then I had to come back for a nurses assessment. He was also pretty nice. However his office was NASTY. There was old popcorn on the floor along with a dead grasshopper. That was a huge red flag to me given its a doctors office and wasn't up to health code standards. But I returned again for a third time today to see the doctor. 1.) Intake appointment was 6/12/24, 3:45, at Licking County location. Had genetic cheek swab done, to be sent to lab, said results should be back by 6/17, still no results (7/12/24). 2.) 1st Appt to Zoom with doc, was for 3:45 P, on 6/17, but they called to reschedule for next day, 6/18, still 3:45 P. 3.) Unfortunately, I was not told prior to doctor call, that the doctor had another job, & covered Access OH appts after her regular job.
