1.) Intake appointment was 6/12/24, 3:45, at Licking County location. Had genetic cheek swab done, to be sent to lab, said results should be back by 6/17, still no results (7/12/24). 2.) 1st Appt to Zoom with doc, was for 3:45 P, on 6/17, but they called to reschedule for next day, 6/18, still 3:45 P. 3.) Unfortunately, I was not told prior to doctor call, that the doctor had another job, & covered Access OH appts after her regular job. So when I didn't receive a call at 3:45, I waited till 4:20 P, I had even previously call... read more

Access Ohio in my opinion is the best place for mental health needs. I am truly thankful for my Dr. N and nurse Amanda. Tacoma my caseworker is truly an amazing woman. She goes above and beyond to make sure I'm doing well. Everyone there deserves a raise. They care about their patients and that matters a lot. Sincerely, Stephanie
