These people will never ever pick up the phone even if no one else is calling and you are first in the queue, no matter what day of the week you call. I've had an ROI form sent which is important and I need filled out but unfortunately this location is my previous psychiatrist location and they will not fill the form in a timely manner nor respond to my calls.
REFUSING SERVICE TO MY 4 YEAR OLD BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THEIR OFFICE DUE TO A SNOW EMERGENCY AND MARKED US AS NO CALL NO SHOW. PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS WERE ALSO RESCHEDULED DUE TO FAMIKY EMERGENCIES. NEVER A NO CALL NO SHOW. AND A NASTY RECEPTIONIST
We didn’t have a great experience with my oldest stepson here. The employees are rude and not caring. The psychiatrist prescribed him medication he didn’t do well with prior (a different dose this time), which put him in the ER. Then they got mad that we wanted our pediatrician to handle and manage the medication, because obviously this person has no idea what they’re doing.
