REFUSING SERVICE TO MY 4 YEAR OLD BECAUSE THEY CLOSED THEIR OFFICE DUE TO A SNOW EMERGENCY AND MARKED US AS NO CALL NO SHOW. PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS WERE ALSO RESCHEDULED DUE TO FAMIKY EMERGENCIES. NEVER A NO CALL NO SHOW. AND A NASTY RECEPTIONIST
We didn’t have a great experience with my oldest stepson here. The employees are rude and not caring. The psychiatrist prescribed him medication he didn’t do well with prior (a different dose this time), which put him in the ER. Then they got mad that we wanted our pediatrician to handle and manage the medication, because obviously this person has no idea what they’re doing. I love access ohio.. they are very caring.. they helped me through a very rough time in my life.. thank you
The managers here are very unprofessional. I overheard that Shelby(current manager) brags about being late to work very often. She’s also allowing clients to smoke marijuana in the building. She’s also allowing clients to eat expired foods and drinks. I think that’s very unprofessional and unsanitary seeing as how these are people that are supposed to be cared for under your supervision.
