I suffer from schizophrenia, bipolar, addiction problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder, possibly some autism, and who knows what else! Won't be wasting my time here anymore.
I'm not sure why you are offering services you can't provide. Your staff clearly doesn't understand, and are actively making it harder for my fiancee to get back to a regular state of mind. Pyscosis is a serious illness and I regret to tell you that you may need more training and more open schedules to take on these type of patients. The therapy sessions shouldn't be once a month+ and can't get ahold of people who should be on call.
