The Mt. Gilead location: Therapists and nurses? Amazing, supportive, and so helpful. The front desk staff? Absolutely disrespectful if you dare to have a mental illness and/or neurodivergence. If you miss an appointment & call to reschedule, they will be snarky and passive aggressive about you missing it. If you ask why you didn't receive a reminder call, they'll lie to your face that they called you then be rude about it.
