The two experiences I had were great. The front desk staff are welcoming and courteous. The nurses are friendly and attentive. Rosemary, the provider I saw, is a lovely, caring woman that made me feel like my issues were important to her. I came in to address a shoulder injury and she has done everything in her power to help with pain and diagnosis, as well as frequent follow ups asking about my MRI appointment. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic. They have exceeded my expectations!

Today was my second visit to Access Now Urgent Care. I got exceptional care the first time and today was exceptional as well. Rosemary, the PA, was very pleasant, knowledgable and a delight to work with. I would recommend this urgent care facitility to anyone who wants caring, expert and friendly care. Thank you for being so great!
Extremely thorough and kind. I had gone to another urgent care days before, and the issue was only getting worse. They didn't catch (and couldn't have caught) the severity of the infection. Access Now in Wheaton did and seemed to really care. Thank you!!
