The receptionists are terrible. Called back to back for an issue with my medication and no one answered. I had to go in person to make the appointment. The office was not busy.
Horrible place, the receptionists are mean and always give bad attitude, if they don't like to deal with people then they shouldn't work here. I've always come to Access clinics never have a problem, only in this specific building, this is the second time I come here and there's always an issue. Never come again here!
