Yesterday I had my MRI, and the girl at the front desk outside was very nice her name is bahar . My MRI also went really well, and the doctor blake who did it was very nice too they made me feel very comfortable.
Excellent from start to finish. Every single person was professional, efficient and kind. They made sure I understood what was happening, why it was happening, and what to expect. I received the doctor's report and my scanned images on the exact date I they said I would receive it. The doctor's report revealed three injuries to my hip. Two of those injuries were not a surprise, but the third was something I had never heard of: ischiofemoral impingement syndrome. I contacted this business for a MRI appointment and the receptionist was inconsiderate. She did not care about anything shared with her and maintained an attitude on the phone. This experience deterred me from considering to book an appointment with them.
Extremely unprofessional and un empathetic service. My mom and I had a terrible experience at this MRI center. When I asked to accompany my mom to the back to help with her anxiety and injury, the staff was rude and dismissive. The receptionist even went as far as to ignore my request to help her change into the shirt and pants required for the MRI, despite my mom’s injury and inability to lift her arms.
