I want to warn others about our experience with this company. While they have some positive reviews, our reality has been far from that. Our home has significant gaps around the windows, doors, and floors making it nearly impossible to keep warm air inside. I have rented with Access More Property Rentals for going on 2 years now and I can say that hands down they are the best rental agency I have ever rented with. (Including private landlords). Absolute worst rental experience of my life. This property management company will try anything to get their way, whether legal or not. I had to escrow my rent after an improper tow they refused to reimburse. They removed my outdoor furniture, after a year of using it, while my lease did not mention anything regarding outdoor furniture. The company tried to claim it was for fire safety.
