We had an urget situation that needed taken care of and they started the process and had someone out to us in less then a day. Very responsive

Adria was quick to reply to all my questions I had! She did a great job of explaining what she needed from us during each step of the process. I felt well informed and confident in my leasing decision with her!
I was considering using them as a property management company for a condo we rent out, but when I tried to call them to have a conversation, I reached an AI Bot. I explained what I wanted and was instructed to fill out an online form. I asked to speak to a human and was transferred to a generic voice mail. If I can't reach a person when I'm trying to become a customer, I can't imagine what the experience would be if they already had me as a customer.
