Absolute worst rental experience of my life. This property management company will try anything to get their way, whether legal or not. I had to escrow my rent after an improper tow they refused to reimburse. They removed my outdoor furniture, after a year of using it, while my lease did not mention anything regarding outdoor furniture. The company tried to claim it was for fire safety. Shady slumlord company… Charged me a months deposit and then $500 for my pets and then an extra hundred dollars a month for my pets for four years got $5500 out of my pets and somehow took my entire deposit and tried to say it was because of my pets, even though I paid for all of that upfront… Total scam don’t waste your time from them
Exorbitant fees, poor communication. I have rented for years and have never had such a strange and frustrating encounter with a property company. Beware that they will charge you $300 to even apply to an apartment and you will likely never see the money again or get the apartment you apply for. We applied, they requested a slew of documentation, and before we could collect everything they wanted, they told us they rented the house to someone else.
