Came to The Wheelchair Shop on a mission as a handicapped ♿️ person to purchase a 4 wheel mobility scooter with rechargeable 2 batteries. Store staff are extremely helpful in purchasing the best fit for me. Tried Pride 2.0 Revo Scooter inside store and outside store, and staff taught us how to break it down and place pieces in the back of my SUV. One of our church members was in need of a new wheelchair due to an upcoming surgery. Scott and his team did an excellent job in explaining the different products that would fit her needs and helped us stay within our budget. We were grateful for his knowledge and expertise that helped us get the perfect wheelchair for her. Due to their professionalism and time given to us through the process, we'll be using this business for our maintenance needs.
In the middle of Sub-Zero weather I became stranded at Walmart with a stuck lift. Scott and his crew came out and bailed me out in that weather. They were able to get my lift functioning well enough till parts could be ordered.came I was able to get back and forth to work and keep my job thanks to them.
