Access Mental Health is not a team, it's one person. Grace Robertson. Every time there's a problem with sending lab requests or moving appointments, she always takes it personally and as an attack on her, all while lying to my face in order to never accept any blame or criticism. The boon of being able to text her whenever I need a refill is not worth the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and mental distress this person constantly puts me through. I have been a patient of Grace Robertson, APRN-BE for a year and she has been my saving "Grace" from the beginning. She listens and gives very good advice regarding medication and circumstances regarding my mental health. I appreciate her professionalism and her caring attitude regarding my concerns. Without her advice and guidance, I would have no one to discuss my concerns about my problems. My doctors are too busy.
I’ve worked with other psychiatrists and none of them can truly compare to Grace! Her best quality is her genuine care and always listening to you, she makes sure her solutions are centered around your needs and is always looking out for me in the best way possible.
