Excellent care, very professional.
First off, NP Laura was amazing. She listens intently, is knowledgeable and kind. The reason for the low star review, is due to the receptionist. Im came in after a full 10hr shift, having been sick for a week. I asked to see a doctor and she asked why. Once I explained, she sucked her teeth and looked me up and down twice in silence. After waiting a while and a bit more sighing, she begrudgingly pointed at a QR code for sign in. I had trouble getting the sign in app to accept the photo of the back of my insurance card.
