The Office staff is very nice and the PA's have been good but it's ridiculous that there is no way to contact the Office by email or an online form.
So I came in for a physical and was treated incredibly kindly by a nurse there named Lindsay I’m self pay so she got me care and blood tests in my budget and it was just all around a great experience because of her usually these places are awful but Lindsay made it great I wish I could say that about all the staff there unfortunately I can’t
This is NOT!!!!! an Urgant Care facility. You will Die there before being treated. It is a Doctors office with appoimtments and if they have time they will see an urgant patient --- Maybe. I sat there for hours and had to leave so I would have enough strength to drive home safely, Do NOT NOT be fooled by their Huge sign outside stating "Urgent Care". Now I will have to watch any Blue Cross or Medicare charges that may appear for sitting in the waiting room for hours!!!!!
A good place for simple issues but personally was the subject of patient abandonment, a rarity that you’re unlikely to incur. One of the PAs, Anne flatly lied to me re: treatment plans and had me handcuffed by LEO in the exam room and taken to a Crisis Stabilization Unit for suicidal patients. I was released the next day when doctors there determined I wasn’t actually suicidal, which Anne should have also discovered. Only 2 people ahead of me and ended up waiting over 2 hours and another 30 minutes after getting to the doctor's office. Doctor wouldn't listen to all of my symptoms and targeted only one of my health issues. it's been almost 4 hours and I'm still waiting in the office...
