Not worth it. Billing has been a nightmare. I have BCBS and Tricare, and after over a year, 8+ calls, and 20+ minute hold times every time before even getting to speak to a rep, they still haven’t billed both insurances correctly. I was recently told the balance would be cleared, got a $0 bill, then was billed again an incorrect amount the next month for the same visit that was over a year ago. Be ready to spend hours trying to fix their mistakes.
Been waiting so far for 2 hours. Come to find out they only have one provider in today. They should have let me know that when I booked online and told me I had an appointment time of 11:10. It's now 1:10.. Not happy.
