Drove 2 hours only to be told that I needed to start the entire process again and that I needed to pay, no credit as to what I’ve already paid before becoming pregnant, left the office with horrible anxiety because they didn’t tell me this prior to driving all the way from Hernando county, I spoke to the lady and she clearly told me I was covered and that I didn’t need to pay since it was only to sign papers.
