Do not go here unless you’re very healthy and fully vaccinated. As a nurse whose lost so many patients to covid I am ashamed at this place. They refuse to wear masks even when asked to do so. The sales man didn’t even know how to work the lane features on Lincoln Aviator or blind assist that was turned off. When I asked questions I would get a lot of “I’m not sure”. Purchased a BRAND NEW 2018 Navigator on June 23rd. 3 days later, the concierge picks up my vehicle for the detail and window tint. They call me and tell me there is something wrong with all the black appliques on the outside of my vehicle. We put a lot of money DOWN on this vehicle and Bert Lopez, Sales Manager, told us they would take care of the damages 100% for us not to worry!
