Terrible in every conceivable way! I live in Secaucus and have had to deal with the taxi many times, mostly with their driver Eddie. 1- Eddie will no longer take me as a passenger (not that I would give him my business anymore) because he knows I'm only going down the road, which is an $8 fare with any other company. So he always tries to charge me $20 knowing I won't pay it so he can wait around hoping to get a passenger going out of town. Booked these guys from the UK to pick us up from JFK Airport to Jersey City, received excellent communication and an 'all in' quote with booking. On the day of travel received a text message on landing and our driver was waiting in arrivals. A very polite man and helpful cases with a smart spacious car and a very comfortable 60 minute ride over to Jersey City. Was so pleased with the service I booked the return journey on arrival at our hotel.
