Brianna at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not helpful at all and seemed unable or unwilling to handle a simple request properly. Her attitude made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. Management should seriously consider providing additional customer service training. Guests should be treated with respect and professionalism, especially at the front desk.

I cannot believe how utterly inept and incompetent the receptionists are here, not even knowing the most basic information about their network. I'm not gonna follow up with any emails so don't bother.

I had the absolute worst experience seeing Dr. Muyiwa Babarinde for pain at this clinic. He was hands down the rudest physician I have ever encountered in my adulthood. He documented a full physical exam in my chart claiming he examined my eyes, ears, and throat when he performed no physical contact or examination whatsoever. On top of falsifying my record, he was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. I would give this clinic 0 stars if I could. I’ve had two extremely disappointing experiences here that have completely destroyed my trust in this office. The first was a few months ago after I was physically assaulted. My primary care doctor referred me to the psychiatrist, Dr. Ahmed Memon.
