Talked with this company in May 09 about a refinance. I would up having to pay for 2 appraisals which the owner promised to repay me for one of the, and now it is November and still not refinance. I have emailed and called his office several times with no response in the past 2 months or longer. I early September he called my wife and told her there was a problem with the last appraisal, which we never received a copy of, but he would have everything done in a week. that was the last we herrd from him.
