Worst customer service experiences ever! Lowest quality transportation service company ever witnessed; completely getto people who constantly hang up on their customers and act aggressively towards them which makes it hard to schedule appointments. System issues and lack of patience with customers repeatedly getting disconnected and negative attitudes. Need keep clean and smell was horrible. Vehicle got be clean and refresh everyday. Same for riders feel happy
I have used this service several times now. I have Caresource (Medicaid), and my pick-up arrangements are made by a care manager. I am always called by Access the day before my appt with my pick-up time. I'll post another review with further details.....
I can see why the ratings are so low and if you have any dual insurance or other means of transportation then I suggest you use it. I set up an appointment the day before my mom left the hospital 2/9. The day of the appointment the driver never showed up, I found out they never updated the phone number or address that I had given them, the worker lied and said that the driver would be here in a black Honda accord in 8mins, 20 mins passed I called back the woman then told me there was no ride set for today.
