I was in the market for a hot water system since mine was undersized. Berney from access, heating and cooling. Listen to my needs and gave me some options I could go with. We decided on the navvian on demand combi system Berney and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaned up the job site and spent time explaining the operation of the unit with me. If I could give them zero stars I would. Had a problem with my hot water heater. The man showed up, he was here 60 second stating it was only the pilot light that I couldn’t get lit. Charged me $280. Another plumber said he would’ve just lit it as a good neighbor, to procure more business. This company is awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Overpriced and the man who showed up was rude
Guy who was driving the van who pulled into Meier Supply on 02/28/25 is an unsafe driver. Bad look for the company. Driving a company vehicle with a giant logo isn’t smart.
