Andy was prompt, thorough, and clear with the service appointment. Was able to perform needed furnace repairs same day.
Access Heating and Air has maintained our furnace and AC for several years and I highly recommend them. They are professional affordable and easy to work with. Garrett did our last appointment and he’s great!

Service date Oct 7, 2025 Bait & switch with no work actually done to unit! A “tune-up” (they call it) is actually an inspection, but they don’t tell you that! I specifically asked for filter to be changed due to remodel. I received these pics today from an honest HVAC company. Nothing had been done but Access was quick to send me a $149 bill for a $29.99 “tune-up”! Now the worse part! Sent invoice for almost $4k for repairs that it didn’t need!
