This is advertised as a "pain" facility. Not only did the person who answered the phone not know anything I was asking about, she wouldn't give my name and number to someone who could answer my questions. What she did do was put me on hold for 3+ minutes with a message going over and over and over in Spanish what buttons to push to get whatever. I don't speak, ever learned how to speak, nor ever will learn to speak Spanish. I'll find a clinic where EVERYONE there offers help.
