I am a new patient at this clinic and for me first impressions are important. After my first appointment I was impressed with the kind, compassionate, thoughtful people I encountered. I am glad I chose to call this clinic and ask for care. I had talked to several other clinics in the area who would not see me because of my medicare insurance, not even reading the detail of my advantage plan that indicated I should be covered with them. Total waste of time and effort. 2 hours on the phone after waiting for weeks. Operator to customer service completely inept. Medical industry gets a bad reputation from folks like these. No thanks
