Absolutely most unprofessional testing facility in the area. I go in and take a pre drug urine. Nothing in my system at all. I've been home sick with my family for over a week. I sat waiting for the test for 2 hours stressing about my daughter getting out of school early. So I take the test, the lady comes right out and tells me she has had several bad cups just today so I'm positive it's not the first time there cheap cups and 2 cent slips have been a issue. The staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly. I went for my physical and it definitely was a complete physical. Thank you �
This was the most unprofessional medical facility I've ever been to! After waiting an hour for a 15min physical; they made ME clean the eye test machine before I put my face on it! (Only bc I asked if it had been cleaned since the last person) Also I was made to dump out the remainder of my urine sample after they took what they needed. Then the sample cup was put in regular garbage, not bio waste. And what's with the doctor/nurse/lab coat wearing guy walking around with a toothpick hanging out of his mouth?
