Dr. B performed inguinal surgery repair (with mesh) on me couple years ago and it went fine. I could have used some more information and detail from him on the procedure but I could tell he was knowledgeable and confident in his work. The UBC hospital staff seemed to trust him also. Dr. B's office assistant Pat was friendly and responsive to voicemails.
I came to this clinic in so much pain and so anxious about treatment. Dr. Buczkowski immediately put me at ease and was extremely kind and professional. I hope I never have to come back! 😂 But I had the best possible experience.
i am disappointed with the lack of service i received from this clinic. first, they would not return my calls or emails about my insurance documents. i always had to call them. then, they actually just ignored my request for a letter for my insurance. then, when i did get the MRI it was incorrect, and it was supposed to include 2 items, and only included one. i emailed them and they again did not respond to me. i called them and told them that the MRI requisition was incorrect , but now, i have not heard back. this "surgeon"... read more
