I am not gonna lie prior to this phone call. I probably called 8 different companies. Everybody just gave me a flick of the wrist. I’m actually having real issues with my back and Jessica Sanchez with above and beyond anybody can ever ask for especially on the phones, no matter what company there is. She has done such an amazing job as an individual to care for other people like me to get the help they need.
