Besides their rude service, one nurse attended on a Wednesday and she couldn’t even take my blood sample, took like 10 min to play around my arms with the needle and still couldn’t take the blood sample, mind that I already told her to figure out where my vein is at before putting the needle in bc I’m sensitive with it…. She still played around and no apologies. Nonsense, how come a nurse cannot take blood sample. I ended with both of my arms purple and yet I was not able to do the test! I had to revisit again.
Workers are lazy .. was told that they don’t have the shot so i asked if they can help me search where i can get it .. front desk says “ I’ll call for you later “ .. with an attitude. You guys aren't even busy.. are you guys serving spirits & ghosts? I’m confused.

Clean and spacious office with little wait time. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Kang was thorough, helpful and nice.
