the new NP is awful. She looks like she hates her job and being there, rushes you and does not really care about what you are saying. She obviously hates it there and takes it out on her patients. Awful attitude and her presence is just mortifying. Get her out of there, whoever hired her must be mentally unstable.

All staff that I encounter was nice and friendly.
I will not drop names about the physician… But more often than not I would come in and either my doctor would not be in for that day or I would get a call one day in advance saying that they need to reschedule. Even though I had made appointments well in advance for a prescription that I was desperately needing. This was a few months ago but I am so pleased that I have finally changed insurance and couldn’t go somewhere else.
