I have seen doctor chan for last 3 years or so, he has ran all tests needed when required. Has been really good and easy to talk too, and listens to your health problems and acts accordingly. All lady's at front counter have been nice, and have gone out of they're way to get me a appointment and give call back when said they would. Always clean environment and happy to recommend anyone wanting to see new doctor. Thanks Terry
Doctors and reception very are rude and you may as well show up 45 mins late because you'll still be waiting. They will skip your turn in the queue if they feel like it regardless of whether or not you're checked in. I have to accompany my partner because she cannot get the doctors to take her concerns seriously without a man backing up her story. There are plenty of other doctors offices in the area, avoid at all costs
Dr Hamdy has been an outstanding medical professional that we are lucky to have in the area. Dealing with a complex longer standing condition he was patient, attentive and incredibly insightful with alternative treatments. Now having recovered he made the experience one relatively stress free and I can’t thank him enough for his care. Can’t recommend enough and I hope our community benefits from him for many years.
Access health is a great practice with top notch receptionists who greet with a smile. I was treated by Dr Aldo who went above and beyond helping me with my pain related issues, he showed genuine care and explained things in a manner that helped me understand what was going on. Thanks Access health for a seamless, productive and caring environment.
Dr Ismail is the consumate professional. He is the most proactive Dr I have experienced to date. Very efficient, kind, and understanding. The ladies on the front desk are wonderful. Happy to recommend this business. Yeah they are progressive too with podiatry and ear service specialists available...maybe more....can't recall now.
