I just went to have a echocardiogram that Dr. Lamans office recommended. I am 76 years old and NEVER had any nurse or technician that was as rude as the Kathy that did my test. She complained that I moved the wrong way and to move back. I had trouble laying down because of a bad back. She never said anything personal. Just do this or that.
