Not sure what kind of scam he is running? Was referred by my insurance company for an exam. Called, made an appointment. waited 4 weeks to see him. The night, prior to the appointment, they called and canceled. Made an appoint for 1 week later. Called again and canceled, Made 2 more appointments. His staff canceled both. Snotty staff. If his staff is that bad, I can imagine what the standard of care he provides. I found another Provider. Save your time and your blood preasure.See a real Dr.
I was left on hold for over one hour, this was very unprofessional
Doctor Raxwal is great but the office staff not so much. I had procedure done 12/18/25. My records and findings needed to be sent to a surgeon. Here it is 1 month later and the surgeon still doesn't have the records. When you call Raxwal's office it immediately starts playing music, no rings or greetings. You stay on hold for 5-10 minutes listening to music and then either get disconnected or told to leave a message but then are told the mail box is full and hung up on. What a terrible way to run a practice!!!
