Horrible service, access health called several times, confirmed they take my insurance but I couldn't make an appointment on there main line so I called the scheduling office over 10 times in 2 weeks, THEY NEVER ANSWERED. So I drove to the office, sat in the empty waiting room for 5 mintues listening to the two ladies chat to one another. Than finally I spoke to them only for them to say they don't my insurance. If they ever answered the phones I'd know this. Horrible service for health care.
Had a terrible experience with this office and the doctor after waiting months to see her. Very out of date information on thyroid disease and hashimotos, refused to test or look at anything but tsh, and gave me a way too high dose of synthroid which I now know I never should have taken given my cardiac history, which she didn’t ask about at all even though it was in my registration paperwork and I mentioned it during the appointment. Dr. Ali is wonderful. I've had thyroid problems since 1978 (right lobe removed never needed meds). Forward to 2022 and 2 different Dr's. Had Radioactive iodine then problems with my meds keeping levels normal.My new Family Dr referred me to Dr Ali. She was the 1st to truely listen to me. She understands the body and felt my system wasnt absorbing my meds. She put me on the new Tirosint. I'm finally starting to feel more myself in years. Not 100% yet but we are working on it!
