Set up 1st appt. I later get a call days later that the appointment shouldn't have been setup and they asked me to change it to weeks later. I agreed since there was enough time before the end of the year. Another week or two goes by, now into December and I get another call that Access Health doesn't accept United Healthcare insurance anymore which seems suspect as it is still advertised on their website as being accepted and why would they stop a couple weeks before end of year? I would give a minus for a score. Dr. Valesquez and Pa. Amber are awesome. The office staff is incompetent, rude, disrespectful, uncaring, oh yes and by there regard perfect. The office manager says she has 30 years experience, so that doesn't mean you and your staff can't make a mistake. She hung up on me and won't help. I need some paperwork to be corrected for a pet scan ( due to cancer diagnosis) and they are unwilling to fix it . It is a mistake that they made. Dr valerquez takes time to listen to you and give you a very good check up and check over. Blood drawn at the office which is very good he just moved to a new office which is very nice.
