I would give a minus for a score. Dr. Valesquez and Pa. Amber are awesome. The office staff is incompetent, rude, disrespectful, uncaring, oh yes and by there regard perfect. The office manager says she has 30 years experience, so that doesn't mean you and your staff can't make a mistake. She hung up on me and won't help. I need some paperwork to be corrected for a pet scan ( due to cancer diagnosis) and they are unwilling to fix it . It is a mistake that they made. Dr valerquez takes time to listen to you and give you a very good check up and check over. Blood drawn at the office which is very good he just moved to a new office which is very nice.
I'm looking for a new doctor. I've called several times but nobody answers and nobody/ staff doesn't call you back. How do you keep business like that? No star review
