I would not recommend. Authorizations get done after months, insurance verifications are put to the side for months so I lost coverage. Rushed service. Staff is rude and unorganized. Complaining about other patients, and making comments on their experiences, and appearances. And x-rays that don’t get reviewed for months so you’re constantly questioning the results of your imaging. It took 3 months to hear back about a Dexa to find out I had osteoporosis. If you want to put your life in this practice’s hands, don’t.
I love this practice and have brought my husband in and my mother in law who is here half the year. Dr Jibawi is the best and so his staff. Dr. Jibawi is the absolute best doctor I have ever had! Been going to him for 5+ years along with my husband now. My son in law has some issues and Dr Jibawi is very attentive, intelligent, caring and he Listens to his patients!
