Called to make a new appointment; once the call was answered, I asked to schedule one. Was transferred somewhere and was left on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally, a recording came on, inviting me to leave a message. SO much for dealing with this office. If that's the staff, I do not want to see how the doctor is.
Absolutely awful!! My husband is a patient of Dr. Craig's. He shows no care for his patient's concerns or needs. His staff is incompetent. They have lost paperwork that I've brought in for specialists and ignored multiple requests for medication refills. Today, they called to ask whether my husband wanted their office to bill him or his insurance for lab testing?!?!? Need medication refills? The only one trying to help is a lady named Sandra. Dr. James Craig is the Best doctor. He cares and doesn't rush through appt. Listens to what you have to say about how you are feeling. Staff is AWESOME too.
Awful. My husband is a patient of Dr. Craig's. It's been 4 months and he's still waiting for his Colo guard, which the GI surgeon told him to get before his colonoscopy. ( which has been canceled twice now) The girl at the front desk really needs to find employment elsewhere, like Macdonalds or Wal Mart. She called today to ask whether my husband wanted her to bill him or his insurance for the lab testing. Need medication refills?That's not going to happen either. Hands down one of the best PCP experiences I have ever had. Searched and searched for a PCP for months. Dr. Craig and staff were amazing, welcoming and supportive. Dr. Craig took his time during my visit, addressing all of my concerns and was personable. Truly grateful and will be my PCP home! Thank you!!
