Awesome Dr. Who cares so much about his patients. My husband and I both go to Dr Craig
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Craig and his staff.
Called to make a new appointment; once the call was answered, I asked to schedule one. Was transferred somewhere and was left on hold for over 5 minutes. Finally, a recording came on, inviting me to leave a message. SO much for dealing with this office. If that's the staff, I do not want to see how the doctor is.
Absolutely awful!! My husband is a patient of Dr. Craig's. He shows no care for his patient's concerns or needs. His staff is incompetent. They have lost paperwork that I've brought in for specialists and ignored multiple requests for medication refills. Today, they called to ask whether my husband wanted their office to bill him or his insurance for lab testing?!?!? Need medication refills? The only one trying to help is a lady named Sandra.
