Very frustrated. Earlier this month I had an appointment. After sitting in waiting room 40 minutes past appt time, I rescheduled. Today I went in for appt but office was closed. Granted, Hurricane approaching tomorrow but no call to let me know appts cancelled. The other patients waiting in the parking lot and I were frustrated as there are certainly other things we could have been doing during this time. There is a reason this doctor has only a four star rating. Should have read reviews prior to choosing this doctor. Medication was not working and my primary care told me to contact doctor and not wait until next appointment ) three months away). I called and the receptionist left a message on his desk to call me.
