0/10 experience. I’ve had a new patient appointment scheduled for over a month now, which I have been looking forward to as I wake up in pain nearly every day. I arrive 40 min early to fill out the paperwork as requested only to see a sign on the wall that they are no longer accepting Aetna effective 10/2024. Very frustrated. Earlier this month I had an appointment. After sitting in waiting room 40 minutes past appt time, I rescheduled. Today I went in for appt but office was closed. Granted, Hurricane approaching tomorrow but no call to let me know appts cancelled. The other patients waiting in the parking lot and I were frustrated as there are certainly other things we could have been doing during this time.
