By far the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to. They have absolutely no sense of urgency when it comes to your health, and they do not care. They show it in their actions and their tone of voice. They don’t listen to your healthcare concerns whatsoever. Every time you call the office their immediate greeting is hello. Can you please hold every single time and I do mean every single time. Extremely rude woman answering the phones. Made me wait on hold without saying a thing...”please hold.....followed by several minutes only to be told “she isn’t accepting new patients”. Without an apology or any following statement. Perhaps your team needs a lesson in hospitality!
