Very pleased with Dr. Sunjic and her front office. Very easy to get an appointment, never a rushed appointment, always listens and explains suggested treatment and medications. I have a high level of confidence in Dr. Sunjic.

I called to see if Dr Dzudza-Sunjic was accepting new patients. I was on hold for 15 minutes and only was able to speak to a call center who could not give me any information. She stated the patient coordinators were busy. Not sure if this is typical each time you call so I moved on.The doctors credentials were impressive.
Awful, awful, awful! Good luck trying to reach anyone. Put into on-hold hell for 40 minutes. No answer. Go to website, conflicting phone numbers on Access Health website. Took over an hour until I finally talked to someone in the right office and the office and that person took 15 minutes to answer a simple question about getting labs pre-appointment. I know our healthcare system in the US is broken, but this was ridiculous. Additionally the office personnel seemed to have not a clue, or even care for that matter.
