The doctor was examining my son’s eczema and thought that one spot looked like ring worm. She told us that eczema is very susceptible to skin infections. She wanted to take a culture of the “ringworm” so she took a toothbrush and scraped the spot. Then she took the same toothbrush and scraped a few of his eczema spots very aggressively. Refused to allow me to be seen after complications of a iv placement by Avera facility even though follow up with specific providers were listed on my discharge forms. Not ER triage level. Now you don’t just give poor care I guess it’s none at all.
